       The Grout Guy was a successful brand built on a reputation for good service, programmatic advertising, and a highly memorable jingle. But our national research showed there was still opportunity being left on the table. Many Australians don’t realise that regrouting is a protective measure, not just a cosmetic tidy-up.  

 

       With increasing competition and expansion planned into growth markets, Chapter was brought in to help elevate the brand for long-term success and help people understand that small grout issues can quickly become much bigger problems.
